Ivo Malm is an electronic music fan, DJ and co-organiser of various events and festivals. What he enjoys the most are private events where he gets in closer contact with the dancers.
His music ranges from slower ambient or electronica, faster house rhythms in different variations to melodic techno when the atmosphere is right. It’s important to find the right selection of tunes to suit the moment and place. Through dance and movement, we can feel joy and release the tension that has built up in the body.
Ivo: “At POYL party we dance to primal organic melodies, sounds and beats. We will dance to the sounds of music, electronic music through different cultural spaces, intertwined with instruments, shamanistic sounds, oriental rhythms, tribal cries and voices of nature.”
